SHIPPING DETAILS
WE DO NOT SHIP LIVE RODENTS
* All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, overnight or 2nd day air.
* Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the package, including the box and dry ice. (10-15 pounds) of dry ice are used in every order.
* All frozen orders are shipped in insulated styrofoam boxes with dry ice (aprox 10-15 pounds per box) to assure it arrives to you frozen.
* All shipments are sent “No Signature Required”. A Tracking number is always emailed to the customer so that you know when the package will arrive and make arrangements for someone to be there to accept delivery. It is at the Full discression of the Fed Ex driver if he/she feels comfortable leaving the package at the delivery address if no one is available to physically accepte delivery. If the Delivery driver deems the area is not safe to leave the package unattended or if he/she leaves it and it gets stolen or sits in the hot sun all day, because no one was availabe to receive the package, South Florida Rodents / Premium Rodents is not liable and Frozen Guarantee is Void. Customer MUST make sure someone is availabe to physically accept the delivery.
* We reserve the right to adjust the shipping rate if the computer figures it out incorrectly.
* All orders must be pre-paid by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Pay Pal, check (5 days to clear) or money order.
* All orders are shipped on Mondays – Thursday based on when orders are placed and time in transit to ensure that no shipment sits in a warehouse over the weekend.
* All orders must be placed by Sunday night at midnight EST in order to guarantee shipment the following Monday. Any orders received after the Sunday cut off might be shipped one week later. If there is any foreseen delay due to availability, you will be contacted either by e-mail or phone.
* We sign off on all orders. You will get an e-mail when your order is shipping which will include a tracking number. If you do not receive the order by the expected date in the e-mail let us know within 24 hours of the expected date. If there are any problems with order you must contact us within 5 hours of then FedEx delivered it. Any orders received damaged or thawed. Send us photos of the box and items inside along with order number via email or text.
